Below you will find all the necessary forms for volunteering for ANSA, as well as our Child Protection Policy. Please feel free to download, print, and return these forms if you would like to participate in one of our volunteer opportunities.
1. If you are 18 years old and up, please click here to submit a background check.
2. Complete the Volunteer Enrollment Form (English | Español) or complete the Online Volunteer Enrollment Form below.
3. Read the ANSA Volunteer Handbook (English | Español).
4. Read the ANSA Child Protection Policy (English | Español).
5. Sign the ANSA Release Acknowledgement (English | Español).
6. Sign the ANSA Volunteer Release of Liability (English | Español).
7. Please return these forms to your Site Coordinator or send it by email to volunteercoordinator@ansacademy.org
